Day 71
No luck for him this time, his target got away....
I have been looking out for this Barn Owl, I have had a few fleeting sighting's recently, but never managed to snap him before.
Today I Got lucky! Travelling home this evening from a family gathering, lept out of the car, watched him hunt for about an hour.
I have total respect for dedicated wildlife photographers, only there about an hour, waiting and watching in the freezing cold.
My hands were in so much pain with the cold, I had to give up!
But it was so worth it! What I love about this hobby, magical evenings such as these when totaly unexpected!
