Great composition and sensitive lighting here. Very nice indeed!

This is tempting; just imagine all this cocoa melting in hot milk beverage, with some ice-cream and chocolate chips on top. Alain, this is beautiful image; simple, straightforward and with texture&colour that captivates our mind. Thank you for this one, truly appreciated!

Great shot, I like the composition, the lighting highlights the texture of the truffles nicely.

Good composition and I like the rich warm tones. Were it not for the curled slips of chocolate, I'd think I was looking at a Martian landscape. Lots of nice highlights and shadows nicely accentuated by the dark field in the upper right.

Alain,
Great shot. I love the side lighting. simple yet effect image. At first the OOF upper left didn't bother me much but the more I look at the image the more I wish it were sharp.

Cookbook quality. I like the composition of the dusty rough balls to the left and down, in contrast to the smoothly curled slips of chocolate centre right. I also like the use of black space upper left. Very nicely done.

Nicely presented Alain, with good composition and rich colours, along with pleasant contrasts of shape, texture, colour and lighting. The only bit that doesn't seem to me to add much is the OOF at the top left, but it's only a small point. Well done.

A great shot - it could proudly take its place in any top-notch coffee-table cookbook! This is what I would call a "classic choc-shot", without falling into the trite. I especially like the warm tones, and the contrast in textures between the cocoa powder and the shavings.

And poor you, you probably had to eat them afterwards too!
