2nd - Dessert Platter by JDU

my house in the suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia

No mirrors or Photoshop trickery here, just three glasses lined up on a platter with a flash behind the thin card in the background. I also shone an overhead light down onto the closest glass for a second or so during the exposure.

John,
Apologies! I should have read the caption first...
Looking at the image (especially the chocolate squares) I was convinced there was some mirror work going on.
But did you intentionally set the composition up to look like it was a set of reflections?
Mike.

Thanks Mike. I've provided basic information about the setup in the caption. I didn't use any mirrors.

John,
I really like this one - the use of mixed light sources and mirrors is very clever and gives a surreal look to the image. This makes it much more interesting than some of the other "product" shots.
Mike.
