The production supervisor at Mission Foods is by necessity a most responsible person, and you can see that when it comes to soft flour tortillas and tacos, this man takes his job quite seriously. High tech does not mean anything unless you have the high quality people to make sure that production meets the highest standards and that job gets done right.

Nice shot -- I eat their tortillas from time to time - so it's good to see they wear hair nets, have a clean facility, etc. etc. Nice composition and color.
