A Reserved Seat in the Psychiatrist's Office

Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This is the seat that the Psychiatrist sits in herself while counseling those in need of her
services. The patient, of course, sits on the couch (partially pictured) on the left. The
furniture is warm and comfortable, and the view out of the windows, from downtown, old city
Philadelphia, is condusive to introspective self-helping therapy.

Camera hand held without flash.

It must be an Electric Chair - probably the one they used to execute Calamity Jane, isn't it?

I wonder anyway what the hell this picture should tell us?!?

Gripping picture... Just builds some associations with electrical chair... What I'm wondering though, is,- have you ever observed a situation when patient and doctor exchanged the places ? Would patient be healed on spot and doctor became mad or vise versa, so let's put it in to phylosophic prospective and call it "bouncing power of the chair and couch" ?! Also, why would paitent go for kinda expensive type of treatment, if the very ambience of Philadelphia has such an influential self-helping therapeutic charge ?! I maybe asking too many questions, but it's very moving image... Last one I have,- what exactly you were doing in this office with your gear, LOL ???!!!
