Amigo, I simply have to cool down an enthusiasm of potential sandwich eaters as we all know that there is no such thing in the whole North America as good smoked meats, and regardless where you go. Therefore I always smuggle smoked meats in whenever I go to visit Europe, and very often they don't even need fresh bread ! Sorry to spoilt the advertising and celebration, LOL !
