Comet Holmes and star cluster M34

Comet Holmes is still just about naked eye visible, but has spread over a much larger area as it expands. Thus it appears much fainter than in October and November. It is now close to the star Algol (towards top left in the photo) in Perseus. The glow towards bottom left is encroaching cloud.
