TRANSITION #11

Probably one of the most important commodity in the whole world. Where would we be if it got all turned off?

a great image, transmitting electricity above the ground has of course its vulnerability

A very good entry for the challenge, love always to see these poles, as a child we where listing on them to hear the electricity flow! :)

Very well seen! Good thinking!

Those are some huge evergreens surrounding all that power! I wish could reach in and touch it to get a spark of inspiration for Wind Walkers....I'm still thinking.

We'd go back to the old days when we didn't live that long. Greawt idea, Margot!

Yes, a very important transition and captured very well here with the white pole and transformer. Super photo.

A transition from the coal field to the toaster... great observation for the challenge.

Our whole region lost power for ten hours last week and you really notice our dependence of electricity when you don't have any. Nice thinking for the challenge and well shot.

Lovely light and shadows on the post and transformer. Looks great against the deep blue sky.

Very interesting... I'm pleased we're a little more advanced than you are!!

...not here for sure. You are so right.

in some places this is all buried...not in my neighborhood upstate though. Looks like modern sculpture by Louise Nevelson, perhaps --- post, bucket and shadows aginst a sapphire blue sky.
