Aaaahhhh...that explains the decor. I was thinking they might have re-decorated the Louvre. LOL When I saw "Winged Victory" in the Louvre, as I recall it was on a landing with steps leading up to it.

Yes, it is the "Victoire de Samothrace", but a copy.
The original is at The Louvre Museum.
Here is the Concorde-Lafayette lounge. At the Porte Maillot.

"Winged Victory of Samothrace" is one of the most powerful pieces in the Louvre, and my personal favorite. This is a different display than when I saw it there in the 80's but no less recognizable. Splendid exposure and composition of that magnificent place. Vote
