Pro 35mm Film Is Slipping Away!!

OLd " War Horse " Nikon F3 posing with a roll of Ilford's Delta 400 b/w film.. ( Not the " quicky " film you cook in an hour or less at local Wally World. Just great old school process stuff. I found a 2005 Photography mag. the other day and half the articles in it dealt with film related articles,, . In a short three years,, film is dead ,,at least in the photography mags.... ( I for one still love to use it,, though not as much as I would like after the last decent camera store closed in my area,,,,

Canon EOS 5D ,Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM
1s f/3.2 at 85.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large auto

Nice image and words, Monte. You are not alone. ;-) Some films have been re-introduced, or improved versions made available! Ilford Delta is one of my favorites, as you can deduce in my BW images. Onwards and upwards! V.

Wonderful tribute to a rapidly disappearing media.
