I needed to let the moist peeling skin properly dry out before I made this image.

This is totally how it peeled off I didn't do any post processing to make it look like a heart.

I did do levels, brightness, contrast, and cloned out the tweezers that are holding this in place.

Storm thinks I am a freak, I am not sure why? Hehe.
