This mesa and its ridge remind me of an aircraft carrier with its superstructure,
but this ship isn't going anywhere. I will camp overnight just left of center,
at the base of the low rock "bench." From there I'll catch the morning sun.

At the bottom left corner of the ridge's shadow is a small, dark boulder. It is
