Hi! Your pictures are great! You helped me identify a Hairy Woodpecker and a Red Bellied Woodpecker at my feeders a little while ago. Fortunately, we have large maple trees nearby, so they can go back and forth. I just added a few goodies to the feeders, safflower seed and hulless sunflower chips, in the hope of attracting more varieties. So far so good. I also added hot pepper delight suet (we have a squirrel problem at the feeders). Plan to participate in the Great American Bird Count in February, so I want my feeders ready. Any ideas on a mid-range priced camera for close bird shots? I'm also considering birding binoculars. Thanks for any help and the great pix.

We have one of these guys in our yard every day in Baltimore City (just south of Towson). He is so cute and he pecks holes in a spiral around our trees.
