Weather was cloudy, but I still couldn't get very long exposure to blur the flowing water. With ISO-100, polarizing filter attached and F/8 exposure was 1/8th sec. Didn't want to use anything beyond f/8 because of dust on the sensor. Since I had quite stable tripod and remote release device with timer, I choose to make 5 separate photos at 3 second intervals. Later these 5 RAW images were combined into one, giving similar effect to single 1 second exposure.
