Pale green assassin bug(Zelus luridus), female

Here is a bug you want in your garden. These assassin bugs are efficient predators of insects that gardeners don't want, such as aphids, sawflies, etc. This is a female ready to lay her eggs. If you see these in your garden, welcome them! They do no harm to your plants.
