Braconid wasp cocoon, probably Microplitis sp.

This tiny cocoon was on a Canada goldenrod leaf. The ribbed sides and the size make it quite likely this is the cocoon of the Microplitis species of Braconid wasp. Note the cap very neatly cut off by the adult as it emerged.
