Canary Bird Rose

A rose must remain with the sun and the rain
Or it's lovely promise won't come true.
To each his own, to each his own,
And my own is you
~~Ray Evans, Jay Livingston~~

Many years ago when I was in England I bought my eldest sister one of these rose bushes. It bloomed in her garden until her death.
It grows in a large arcing shrub and is always the first to bloom. I have one in my garden and it is covered with these lovely delicate blooms. I planted it years ago just to remember my sister who died the year I moved into my present home.
