Ah, okay. i've never seen neon glow used that way. Usually people use it straight, and it looks too gimicky.

I duplicated the layer then I think did a "neon glow" on that layer with a layer mask. Then painted what I wanted back in. You know how it is photoshopping... can't ever remember exactly what I did:) - Albert

Did you invert and paint back with history, or manipulate curves on the red channel to get this effect - or what?
