Buzz killer

Being the 'liberated woman' that I am, I have no problem letting a man change a flat tire. None whatsoever.

Pete called it the ultimate Buzz Killer (after a lengthly ..... dinner)

Whoops! Laine gets the big 20 Pbase points from yesterday. Drizzly paint made some wierd patterns :)

Fabulous light and exposure! I'm with you Karen! Have yet to be able to get the lug nuts off a tire!

Great light on this one, Karen. It looks like a rainy day, too. I'd definitely have someone else change the tire.

The lighting is great on this. Very sharp for 1/30 and ISO 800.

Nasty job, fortunately not needed very often. Very nice lighting!

Don't blame you a bit. I can never get the lug nuts off anyway. Nice candid.

Yes, Laine! Afterward, it's clear.
It's not raining that much, and you found some light. Not too bad. 10 minutes to change the wheel. Bad case, the back hurts the morning after. The worst being the 3 days where you have black spots on your hands.

what a good guy..

probably a doughnut tire after that big meal!

Great detail, Karen

heheh...keep your hands clean. besides you needed to operate the camera. :))
i like the mixture of the spot light mixed in with the ambient green street light.

In the rain, to boot! I guess you were his friend in need.

This tells the story well. I like your focused lighting.

Good on him. Great image, love the light and the green reflection on the car.

And, he should get 20 points for changing a tire in the rain!!! Nice lighting.

Pete has a certificate in life saving I take it...because anyone who can change a tyre...( tire to you :>) would be my LS since those nuts are on so darn tight !!
