St. Mary's Asylum for Widows, Foundlings, and Infants was founded in 1852 by the Sisters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, and was located at 126 Edward Street, Buffalo. Parts of this building date from the late 1850's, and it closed in 1943. It is now in private hands.
