I went there for 3rd & 4th grades back around '58. I remember the vice principle, I think Mr. Spidel or something like that. Used to walk to school from Delavan area through the "Rockies." I recall hearing a bout some escaped lunatics rumored to be hiding there. Ran all the way home.
