Built in 1927, the Erlanger was home to live theater, vaudeville, and other stage shows through its' closing in 1956. In 1959, it was gutted, and rebuilt as an office building.

Demolished in 8-07.

This building is to be demolished this summer too make way for the new federal courthouse
