I figured that might be the case so I waited til 10:30 and just got back. The longest wait was for folks to fill out the endless ballot initiatives. It's taking an average of 7 minutes here in SW Florida to read and understand and mark the ballot. That's just nuts. Some guy in the cubby next to me was reading every initiative OUTLOUD! I wanted to throttle him. (rant over)
