La Placita is a meandering complex of offices and restaurants designed to resemble a Mexican village. it is the site of many casual art and cultural events. It is also where I made this image I posted previously:

What a wonderful array of colour. The image has certainly been enhanced by your elevated viewpoint picking out the vibrancy of the tops of the parasols.
