I was just reviewing this shot of the dried up burn at Wise Eels bridge, when I heard a rustling noise in the tree above and suddenly I was showered in foul smelling brown stuff. I stepped away a safe distance before looking up to see three young Tawny Owls, I'm sure one of them was sniggering.
