Paul E. Allen at Sugden Regional Park
Naples, Florida USA
It was my great fortune to meet Paul at Eagle Lakes Community Park. Coincidentally,
Paul retired from the company I work for a few years ago. He calls himself a baker by trade,
but an herpetologist at heart. Paul introduced me to Sugden Park which he gave me a
tour of, and noted that he visits this park almost every morning before engaging in other activities.
He astonished me with his wealth of knowledge of all things wild. His passion is most
certainly snakes. I only heard a small sampling of the countless stories he could surely
tell about that subject alone. He has an extremely good grasp of bird and butterfly
species which we saw in relative abundance considering how late it was
in the day when we parted ways. Thanks, Paul.
