Giants' Causeway, besides residing on gorgeous coastal cliffs (great horizontal hiking), consists of several hexagonal rock formations. Some are flat on the ground, as in this photo, or clinging to cliffs, making for organ pipe-like vertical formations. Not to be missed on a trip to Ireland.
