I think I am losing my touch.
I was driving down the road when I looked over at this lake. I was surprised when I noticed these turtles. There were three of them sitting on this log.
I pulled over and thought I was sneaking up on them so effectively. As I got nearer, one detected me and eased into the water. I used all of my ninja-stealth-walking techniques to try to get the drop on the other two. I snapped this photo from a far just in case and moved in. Before I knew it, the last two sprung into the safety of the water.
So, sorry for the rather ineffective photo today. You know you are in trouble when you are out-maneuvered by a turtle. Better luck tomorrow?
