I thought it was a little amusing that this car had no license tags of any kind.
It was only when I opened the photo in Photoshop I noticed the Bug's back right tire is flat.
At least now I know to leave extra time in the morning...

Yes, that's 100% USDA Grade A bare pavement in this photo. The storm(s?) are taking out the entire Northeast,
except for Rhode Island. Which means they're not the answer to anyone's prayers...

Get a puncture in England, get a new tyre. Tyre shops advertise "Punctures repaired here". Every time without fail they will give you a very good reason why it cannot be repaired.

Bizarre this last storm. on space photo a norrow band of hot air ended at montreal from the atlantic, on each side snow!

A bitter sweet situation, Bug has a flat but at least you won't have to change it in the snow.
