I Wonder What Will Go Next?

First it was my specs, now it is my shoe.
I first noticed the hole in the sole when I stepped into a puddle today. Everything is
falling apart. Of course, The Wife has been saying that about me for years.

I originally posted this in colour, but I think I like it better in black and white. Click here to see the colour version.

I think we're looking at the future in general here. And the black and white only makes it more effective.

*grin* all my shoes looked like this when we first got a puppy. this works
well in b&w.

I like the bw better, it forces the viewer to look closer to the detail of the shoe

I think the other one is lying at my feet, and has a similar hole, or 2 :)
Many good miles walked with friends...

love the texture on this... if think I prefer the color version but only slightly. I really like the white background and how it brings full attention to the shoe.

This is all too familiar! Well not the hole in the shoe, but the feeling of things falling apart.

I like this in b&w better. Poor Jim...I can sympathize too. I like the white background and simplicity of this photo.

Hah! I can sympathize.

I thought PBase had really flipped. I saw it in colour - came back to have another go at posting a comment and ....
