Through double-paned glass. I suspect the shutter speed was a bit slow to stop bird movement, so detail is compromised. Used heavy sharpening...and still the picture looks more like a manipulated "painting" than a photo. Better detail in this one: http://www.pbase.com/isabel95/image/90773342 Most of my bird pics are taken through double paned glass. No doubt they'd be better taken outside!
