_MG_7368 Baby

Was asked to take some pictures of a playground dedication at a nearby church. Middle of a sunny day isn't the best time for picture taking so I used my Canon 580ex for fill flash (with Gary Fong's Lightsphere and dome on it). Face was still too dark, as well as part of the clothing so I processed the raw image two times, making one image much lighter and pasting the darker image over it. Then I used a layer mask on the darker image to paint through the light areas on the image below, where they were needed.
