She really is sweet. If she wasn't I don't think you could get her in front of a camera.

This little 3000 calorie, candy bra came from a party last weekend. It was a white elephant gift. For those that may not know what a white elephant gift is let me tell you. Everyone that came to the party had to wrap a silly gift and put it under the Christmas tree. Then later in the evening we each got a turn picking a gift. If you wanted you could steal a gift from someone else and then they got to pick another gift.

I picked a pretty package. When I opened it I was surprised to see some edible panties and this candy bra. You know nobody stole my gift. I knew when I saw it that the bra would be used for a PAD photo.

Holy Cow Wanda... Now I know why I like candy so much.... You two have such "Great" idea and outstanding shots. Never-the-less, I'm still crazy about your beautiful blue eyes. Bill always seems to captures those eyes and brings out that most wonder light blue color...

Ken, I'm using a cheap, black bed sheet from WalMart. I meter on her face. Then I have Wanda stand well in front of the sheet and make sure very little light falls on the sheet.

Wanda, you had better add a autographed copy of the picture into your candy bra on EBay auction. I'm sure you'll get more interest.

Bill, as always, your photographic work is EXCELLENT! In fact, since I've started concentrating on my own photography hobby again, I've paid more attention to many of the local pros (Weddings, events, etc.). I have to say, your work far exceeds those making a living at it.

What type of black background did you use here? I've been using a huge piece of black felt I picked up at a local fabric shop, but I can't get the lighting right and the results are a washed-out gray.

Oh, and Wanda, you look lovely :-)

You are so right to say "good luck" to Bill on the camera and lens idea for Christmas. Maybe I could auction off the candy bra on e-bay? *William needs a new camera and lens and Wanda needs a new pair of shoes*. ( Grin )

Good luck with getting a 5D and 500mm lens for Christmas, Bill. If you don't strike it lucky you could always ask Wanda to put this bra back on and you could "comfort eat" it to cheer you up LOL.

I'm with Gary, I'm feeling very hungry right now.
This is the first white elephant gift I've ever seen actually put to good use. Last year I received a pair of slipper's made out of Kotex from the Martha Stewart prison line.
I think if this was cropped it makes a very nice head shot also. Wanda's eyes always look gorgeous but they really look intense here. In fact I'm having a hard time typing because she keeps staring at me.
