A little home made decoration for the truck antenna. Not mine. I think I'd just go with one. :)

Good eye to spot this. We used to tie squirrel tails to our bicycle handlebars for good luck. V

Davy crocket at the drive in... nice capture..

LOL! Yeah, one should do it unless you want one to hang out of your trunk. :) Nice work on this one!

LOL, I had two squirrel tails on the handlebars of my bike when I was a kid. This is a great antenna "ball", hopefully he is just drying them there. I make the squirrels into a Brunswick stew in the crockpot with corn on the cob and potates in there. Great shot and nostalgic trip for me! V

Well seen Karen. I think the tails would look better on the squirrels though :-)

Nice capture with a wonderful light, I feel sorry for the squirrels, but your photo is really good!!!! V

My question is, what was used to hunt them, the truck or something else?
Janet Donnelly19-Oct-2011 21:42
I know nothing about squirrels, but it's a darn good photo! Very well done.
Karen Stuebing19-Oct-2011 21:39
You're right, John. It is both a gray squirrel and a red squirrel. :)
John King19-Oct-2011 21:34
LOL at your commentary. Well he just has one...of each species that is. It looks like red squirrel and grey squirrel, but maybe not. I like the way the light illuminates the tails and hood but provides a good dark background for contrast. A fine composition. V.
