I've been trying to get a close-up of this little fellow for quite some time. He is one of three
Downy Woodpeckers that visit our silo feeder. I've gotten pictures of him before but always with his head turned. This time I caught the red patch on the back of his head. :)

(Yes, the white stuff in the background is snow. [brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!])
