The NYC/NYU 2031 Plan threatens to destroy this toddlers' playground, park strip and community gardens on LaGuardia Place. Much larger children's playgrounds, park strips & gardens on Mercer Street are also being threatened to be destroyed for a series of high rise buildings by the NYC/NYU 2031 Plan. The Plan is currently being litigated or legislated in the New York State Supreme Court.
