Wow, a very difficult shot! Voted.
Wolfgang Wander09-Oct-2005 00:26
Very impressive - an in-flight dragonfly is hard to get. Check your background though. It looks a bit pixelated and can be easily fixed in photoshop...

Unbelievable. All I can say. I'm speehless.
Karen Stuebing08-Oct-2005 10:35
Unbelievable capture. This conveys both motion and clarity. I can even see a little drop of dew.

Sharon Rogers07-Oct-2005 20:20
I was watching a dragonfly checking out my pond today, but there's no way I would even consider trying to shoot it. This is a very impressive catch!
Al Chesworth07-Oct-2005 19:57
That's magnificent Herb. Voted.
Mo07-Oct-2005 19:50
Impressive macro, well done! Just a small point: there are some visible artifacts at the dragonfly's edges - is that due to JPG-compression or image editing? And the artifacts in the background?
Coleen Perilloux Landry07-Oct-2005 19:46

Genau die Aufnahme für die ich gestern zwei Stunden an einem Teich gesessen habe. Geht natürlich nicht mit einer ganz billigen Digitalkamera. Wirklich wunderschön !
