The waters around Ouessant island are among the most dangerous of the European coast.
Dozens of ships are on the bottom of the sea here.
This is the biggest and tallest lighthouse of the island: the 'Phare de Creac'h', from 1863.
It is considered the most powerful lighthouse of Europe.
It stands almost 55 meters tall (70 meters above sea level).
