Two hot air balloons float brightly against a clear blue sky at the annual Balloons Off Broadway festival at Beulah Park
in Grove City, Ohio. About two dozen hot air balloons participated, but strong winds prevented the balloons from lifting
off. All the balloons participated in "the glow" after sundown, where balloons are inflated and lit by propane jets.
