One of the many pink lotus flowers that seemed to be wilting in the heat but still managed to look pretty.

We used to visit the gardens every July for the Lotus and Water Lily Festival but didn't make it last year, so we decided to take advantage of the July 4 holiday and toured the park with Queenie. We were a bit early for full bloom, but still, an enjoyable time was had by all.
