Return to Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens

We used to visit the gardens every July for the Lotus and Water Lily Festival but didn't make it last year, so we decided to take advantage of the July 4 holiday and toured the park with Queenie. We were a bit early for full bloom, but still, an enjoyable time was had by all.

The Lotus imparts a strong sense of tropical luxuriance. One might almost expect a crocodile to poke its head up among the lilies.
