Sad to see

I was actually wondering, with the enormous number of trees they have at the Arboretum, how many suffer this fate, and then we came upon this one. We couldn’t get around it, plus the road was closed at the other end, anyway.

A most interesting looking tree, posted earlier:

It takes years to grow a tree to this size. Judging by how many brown leaves there are, as of June 1, still spring, this tree had not been alive for quite some time,. They should have paid attention to it to avoid this from happening. ~VV~

We need to be careful with our trees, enough trees are already destroyed. Too bad about this fallen tree. V

It is sad to see and also a danger to people and cars passing by.

Fallen trees are very common along the river side, usually after storms.

Was there a severe storm?
