Serenading the empty gardens

I heard this starling high up in a tree at Constitution Gardens and finally managed to get a shot of it through all the branches. After months of not visiting the gardens, it was finally warm enough outside (47 F), plus I can now manage to hold my “real” camera, but unfortunately there were hardly any birds there — just a few mallards and seagulls.

An excellent photo of this lone starling, Helen. It's one of the birds we most often see in our garden.
