The Central Hotel, Cairns, FNQ

Central Hotel is a heritage-listed former hotel and now shopping center in Cairns, built 1908-1909. It is also known as Central Building and Central Court. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on October 21, 1992.

Maybe it was still serving as a hotel when we saw it in 1986.

I really enjoyed the streets of Cairns, they were pretty low-rise and appealing, but not sure if that is still true. Great captured of this particular scene. V
