Seeing in all directions

We ran across this unusual lamp post in Georgetown, where Tim reminded me we had seen it before when we were looking for a place to live, like 30 years ago or so. Quite frankly, I’m glad we didn’t move to Georgetown – it’s way too crowded and commercial – but it was nice to see the lamp post again. That appears to be the Watergate Hotel in the distance, infamous from the Nixon scandal.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.
