We happened across this interesting display somewhere in Northwest DC. It was accompanied by a sign that said, “The Bicycle Fence, ‘Trash to Treasure’ Series, Recycling Creatively with L.T.” From what I gather it’s a reference to a book and series about recycling, and L.T. is Little Tommy, the main character.
