Gypsy on Independence Day

We expected Gypsy to be decked out in patriotic gear, but surprisingly this was all she had on to celebrate the Fourth of July.

I don't belong to Instagram but I did look Gypsy up there http://www.instagram.com/gypsyonthehilldc/?hl=en -- looks like she used to get really dressed up for the Fourth
