‘Up N’ Smoke’

We happened to see this “weed delivery service” located on H Street NE; no idea how long it’s been in operation. Marijuana is legal under DC law, but possession is still illegal under federal law, according to Wiki.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.

An interesting and "totally" ?? clear interaction of the local law and federal law. A great example of our justice system at work. A nicely detailed capture of this store with vibrant colors that should stand out on the street. The artwork on the building was very creative. VV

Marijuana is legal but possession in illegal........makes sense to me. Nonetheless, a nice colorful shop to contrast with the raw spring day.
