Even the Architect of the Capitol got stopped

One last picture from Sunday just because I thought it was interesting. The car has the emblem of the Architect of the Capitol on its door, and I guess the vehicles behind it are carrying part of the crew. I knew there was a person who held that title but didn't realize it was an entire department.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
