'United States Botanic Garden'

I wanted to photograph the Christmas tree in front of the US Capitol and on the way there saw the US Botanic Garden (where my current “Roadside Attractions” gallery was photographed) all lit up for the holidays. The glass dome (previous picture) was impossible to see from this perspective.

Love this one, Helen. So clear and clean one can even read the name of the building. But one of the things I like most is that it's a simple, lovely Christmas decoration as opposed to most decorations which I find gaudy and blatantly unartistic.
